Employment, business, residence, property, asset or document verification may be conducted depending on the loan type.

4. Sanction

If approved, a sanction communicates the lender's proposed terms and conditions. A sanction is not always the same as completed disbursal.

5. Pre-disbursal conditions

Security creation, property documents, invoices, insurance, margin, NOCs or other conditions may need completion.

6. Disbursal

Once applicable conditions are satisfied, the lender releases funds according to the approved structure and transaction.
